The Unitarian Universalist Church in Livermore (UUCiL) is happy to once again support a private creek cleanup at Spot 3 (Arroyo Seco at First Street) on September 19th in support of Living Arroyos.
Living Arroyos is a multi-agency partnership between the Cities of Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton, Zone 7 Water Agency, and the Alameda County Resource Conservation District. They host regular creek clean-up and restoration events where volunteers gather to pick up litter, remove invasive plants, and plant native plants. These events are a great way to make a positive impact on the environment while also getting to know your local community!
We might have additional creek cleanup events in the future.
