Jeff Miller is a retired clinical psychologist who specialized in the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders. He was in private practice in Sacramento and was on the clinical faculty of the U.C. Davis Medical Center. He and his wife Kathy moved to Livermore to be closer to their family. They have been members of UUCIL for the past four years. He is currently the chairman of the Building and Grounds committee.
