Speaker: Marilynn Schuyler
Marilynn Schuyler became a Unitarian Universalist after graduating from law school in 1996, joining the First Unitarian Church of Oakland. She became a member of UUCIL in 2016, after moving here from Virginia. Marilynn has served as UUCiL board president, has coordinated the annual auction, and is currently the chair of the worship committee.
Marilynn has two young adult children, Jackson and Fable.
As a youngster, Marilynn considered the ministry as a profession, but took her first course in sermon writing, The Shared Pulpit, just over a year ago. This is her third time in the pulpit at UUCIL.
We all know that life isn’t fair, but what can we do about it? We’ll talk about small, medium, and large ways to make life more fair for everyone.
