Michael has been active in the Bay Area music scene working for the Last 20 years as a public school music educator and a performing musician. He received his degree at Cal State university at Hayward in 2003, and received his California teaching credential the year later. His ensembles have received highest honors at the California Music Educators Association festivals for Choral and Orchestral music. He currently performs as a vocalist and keyboardist for local groups around the Bay Area as well as performs as a solo artist.
