Spiritual Renewal, Integration & Repair

Many of us carry wounds from the religious and spiritual traditions we’ve moved through in our lives. These experiences may have shaped our values and choices, and in some cases caused harm, even as they helped form who we are becoming.

Starting in January, this six-session offering led by Rev. Amelia invites participants into a supportive circle for reflection, listening, and shared story.

Together, we’ll explore how our spiritual histories have shaped us and how we might move forward with greater agency, care, and clarity.

This is not a program for fixing or answers. It’s an invitation into companionship, curiosity, and gentle growth. You are welcome here, just as you are.

Meeting in-person at UUCiL on the first and third Wednesdays of January through March in the Tot Green Room at 7:30 pm.
