Spiritual Renewal Sessions

Many of us carry wounds from the religious and spiritual traditions we have moved through in our lives. These traditions may have shaped our values and choices, and in some cases caused harm, even as they helped form who we are becoming. It is rare to find spaces where we can explore these experiences with honesty, care, and compassion, especially alongside others who understand.
You are invited into a supportive circle for reflection, listening, and shared story for this six-session offering led by Rev. Amelia starting in January. Together, we will explore how our spiritual histories have shaped us, and how we might move forward with greater agency, clarity, and care for ourselves and one another. This is a space for gentle growth, meaningful connection, and the exploration of practices that honor who you are now and who you are still becoming.
This offering does not promise answers or fixes. Instead, it offers companionship, curiosity, and room to breathe as you make meaning of your journey. You are welcome here just as you are, and we are honored to do this good work alongside you.
Meeting first and third Wednesdays in January, February, and March in person at UUCiL at 7:30 pm.
